AFPA Releases Federal Election Policy Proposals
Thursday 29th July, 2010
The AFPA has today released its federal election policy proposals to the public.
The proposals are wide-ranging and cover the full spectrum of issues relating to the Australian Federal Police including resourcing, legislative reform and organisational restructuring.
The document has been presented to all sides of politics and the parties have been invited to make election commitments based on its contents.
We look forward to the parties making their election pledges on law and order and we will be informing our membership of who we believe offers the best policies for police as we approach election day.
