Performance Development Agreement Process
Do you think that the existing 12-month PDA cycle is an adequate period over which to set goals and have meaningful discussions about your career and performance?

Yes, I do not believe it requires any change
No, it needs attention as I believe that 12 months is too long a timeframe, between formal discussions with my Team Leader and think that it should return to a 6- month PDA cycle
Setting and achieving effective performance management is considered to be one of the goals of the PDA process. How well do you believe that the current mechanism allows for this goal to be achieved?

75% mostly good, however requires improvement.
50% hit and miss, and requires improvements
0% , it is designed as a performance management tool and does not trigger any recognition for high performance/s.
