The AFPA continues to undertake a strong focus relating to the next EA.
Our internal EA Operational Committee has been continuing to review suggestions made by members since the last EA came into effect. Informed by your ideas and the issues raised, the Committee have been working through the EA and making amendments to reflect member feedback. This feedback is being collated in our Working Log of Claims.
Additionally, the Advisory Committee (comprising members of the AFPA National Executive, delegates, and senior staff) continues to advise on broader strategic decisions, including the Log of Claims.
Members are strongly encouraged to submit any ideas or proposals for the EA at https://www.afpa.org.au/future-enterprise-agreement/.
We are also continuing to release targeted membership surveys relating to specific sections of the existing EA. The current survey on Working Patterns can be accessed at https://www.afpa.org.au/ea-survey-4/.
Members will be updated in upcoming communications regarding important details and events relating to the EA.
